road trip.
our journey,
to Asturias.
We looked at many places along the Atlantic coast, as being close to the sea was a key criterion for us. During our search we quickly realised that our dream would not be easy to find. After a long time, many places and plenty of properties and a couple of visits to the mechanics along coastline, we finally arrived in Asturias and we knew we wanted to make this place our home.
After buying, our gut feeling was confirmed. The people are extremely friendly and very open and helpful to us newcomers. The nature is stunningly beautiful and diverse, and the Asturian culture is based on the values that are most important to us personally, such as community, mindfulness, and closeness to nature.

Hi, I'm Essi. I am a qualified nursery school teacher and am passionate about enjoying life. When I'm not spending my time with children or at the beach, I like to teach other women my hobby of surfskating.
My current life hack is: Better to not grow up, because it seems to be a trap!
My personal conflict is: I love to be led by life and others but I hate to give up control.

The Surfskate Gang is a holiday adventure for children aged 5 to 12 with an integrated surfskate course. From Monday to Friday, we explore the coolest locations in Munich on our surf skates. Whether in the park or on the straight, surf skating is fun for everyone. In the afternoons, we enjoy life with nature as our creative workshop or other adventures from experiential education.

Hi I'm Adi, I'm a passionate surfer and skater and I've made it my mission to find a sustainable way to produce surf- and skateboards and to make a positive impact in the industry. The short version is: From surfing I went to the office, from shaping wooden surfboards I became a salesman and from living as a hippie I became a “serious” businessman. My emotional status: Stoked!
My conclusion and motto so far: Live your dream and go wild because nothing is impossible.

Hi there. I’ve lived a surfer lifestyle for over 15 years of my life. Traveling and working, on the search for the the perfect balance in life and on the surfboard bought me through countless adventures. Now, my greatest journey unfolds as I commit to settling down. I've found my own little paradise, sharing it with those I love most. Originally a carpenter, I thrive on trying new challenges in sports and in life.
My mantra: 'Don't judge if you don't know. You have to try at least once.
